Email Experiences has the ability to track which email recipients click on an Email Signature campaign and how often. The functionality is available as an add-on to customers using Gmail with the Terminus Chrome Extension installed, Outlook Agent, and SigstrONE.
Once enabled, recipient level data is displayed on the Campaign Details page under the Top Recipients tab. By default, you'll see metrics over the last 30 days for accounts, but additional filtering options include Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Last 90 Days, Custom Date Ranges, or All Time* and using the dropdown menu to the right, you can toggle between the accounts and contact level views.
You can download a CSV report by clicking the download icon located to the right of the table. The downloaded CSV will contain data based on the filtering selections applied in the UI.
Note: Top Recipient exports are no longer managed through the dropdown on the Campaign Details page. The report will now be downloaded directly from the page, eliminating our previous method of sending an email link to access the report.
Accounts
The account level view displays unique/overall views, clicks and click rate, along with its associated Relationship Intelligence score by recipient domain.
Contacts
The contact level view displays overall views, clicks, and click rate, along with its associated Relationship Intelligence score by recipient email address. Unique metrics are omitted since contact-level unique click/view metrics are consistently 1.
When you encounter a contact listed as someone@domain.com, it signifies that multiple external recipients within a single account domain received the email simultaneously, and the specific individual engaging with the campaign is not identified.
Optionally, If you'd like your end users to know when their campaigns have been clicked in real-time, you can leverage our emailed Click Notifications.
* Terminus stores two full calendar years of data which represents "All Time". Campaigns that have been running longer than two years will not include data beyond that timeframe.
