Active User
A user is marked as active (green dot) when he/she has Email Experiences installed and a campaign has been served in an outbound email in the last seven days. You can easily determine if this has taken place by reviewing the Last Display field within the Employees section of your account.
Created Date
Created date refers to the date when the campaign was initially created and saved for the first time.
Start/End Dates
Start/End Dates refer to the period during which the campaign is active. The start date is the date the campaign is set to go live. This could be the same day it was created or scheduled for a specific date in the future. If a campaign's end date is set to never end, the end date field will remain null.
Overall Views
Overall views are the total number of views across all verified users by email recipients, representing the cumulative count of instances where a campaign image is viewable to an email recipient. It's important to note that a single recipient might open an email several times or forward a message, and many emails have multiple recipients. However, views are not recorded when a recipient has images disabled in their email client.

It indicates the overall effectiveness of the campaign in generating clicks, irrespective of duplicate interactions.
Unique Views
Unique views are recorded once for every individual who views an email signature campaign for the first time. It's important to note that unique views are not recorded when a recipient has images disabled in their email client. This metric eliminates duplicate views from the same recipient.
Unique Clicks
Unique clicks are the aggregate number of how many times an email signature campaign was clicked by unique viewers. Similar to unique views, duplicate clicks by a single user do not affect the total.
Unique Click-Through-Rate
Unique Click Rate is calculated by dividing the Total Unique Clicks by Total Unique Views. This percentage represents the proportion of unique recipients who clicked on any link within the campaign, relative to the total number of unique views. It indicates the effectiveness of the campaign in engaging recipients to take action.
