Users can export data as a CSV or directly to CRM platforms like Salesforce, Marketo, or Hubspot. This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to locate, view, download previous contact and company exports in Klarity.
Step 1: Access your user profile To begin, navigate to your user profile by clicking on the profile icon located in the bottom-left corner of the screen. This icon features your innitials or a profile image if you have uploaded one.
Step 2: Once you have accessed your user profile, click on the "Settings" option. This will bring up a menu with several configuration options for your account.
Step 3: Navigate to the "Previous Export" tab In the settings menu. This tab stores information about all your previous exports and is designed to help you easily access and manage them.
Step 4: After clicking on the "Previous Export" tab, a table will be displayed containing a list of all your past exports. This table is organized into the following columns:
- Date: This column displays the date the export was performed.
- Records: This column shows the number of records included in the export.
- Type: This column indicates the type of export (Contacts or Companies).
- Destination: This column specifies how the export was completed (e.g., CSV, or directly to a CRM platform).
- Identifier: This column provides a unique identifier for each export to help you easily differentiate between them.
Step 5: To download a previous export, locate the down arrow icon to the right of each export entry in the table. Click on this icon to initiate the download process. Your file will be downloaded in CSV format, regardless of how it was originally exported.
