How to ensure you're signed in to the correct Google account for our Klarity extension

If you have multiple Google accounts, it's important to make sure you're signed in to the one that you used to download our Klarity extension. This is because the extension will only work properly if you're signed in to the correct account.

To check which extensions are currently installed in your Google Chrome profile, start by opening the browser and clicking on the three dots in the top right corner of the screen. Next, select "More Tools" from the dropdown menu, and then click on "Extensions". This will bring up a list of all the extensions that are currently installed in your Chrome browser, including their names and icons. If you are using the correct profile, you will see the Klarity extension listed.

If you do not see the extension listed, here's how you switch to the correct account:

1. Click on the profile picture or initial icon in the top right corner of your Chrome browser window.

2. Scroll down to "Other profiles" at the bottom of the menu. You'll see a list of all the Google accounts you're currently signed in to. Look for the one that you used to download the Klarity extension.

3. Click on the account name to switch profiles.

4. Visit LinkedIn. If you are using the correct Chrome profile you will see the Klarity Chrome Extension icon on the right side of your screen.
