Step 1: Upload Your File
- Start by locating the email icon in the top right corner of your screen.
- Click on the icon and from the dropdown menu, select "List Verify." Alternatively, you can conveniently upload your file directly from the main dashboard.
Step 2: Checking for Errors and Initiating Verification
- After uploading, Intelligent Verification will automatically check your file for any potential errors. This ensures that your file format and content align with the system's requirements.
- Once you're confident that the file is error-free, simply click on the "Verify" button to initiate the email validation process.
Step 3: Verification Process
- The duration of the verification process will vary depending on the size of your list. Larger lists might take a few more minutes compared to smaller ones.
- Keep an eye on the status. Once the system finishes processing your list, the status will transition from "Processing" to "Complete."
Step 4: Accessing Verification Results
- Upon completion, a brief summary of the verification details will be presented to you. This provides an overview of valid, invalid, and other categorized email addresses.
- For a more in-depth analysis, you have the option to export the file. This exported version will provide detailed status codes for each email address, allowing you to make informed decisions for your next communication campaign.
