Overview
In addition to the reporting available in the Ad Experiences platform, Terminus advertising customers have the option to request several custom reports from our Digital Media Team. In this help article, we’ll walk you through the most common reports you can request.
To request any of the following reports, please use our support request form, select the “Ad Experiences Report Request” option, and fill in the rest of the details accordingly. Additionally, there are reports that can be requested straight from your Digital Media Manager that will be detailed below.
Report Types
Site List Report
The Site List report is helpful when wanting to see exactly which websites you're advertising on. With this report, you’ll also be able to see your advertising metrics broken down into individual websites. These metrics could include impressions served, advertiser cost, CPM, and CTR.
Metric Definitions:
- Bid: The amount of money an advertiser is willing to pay to serve an impression.
- CPM: The amount you pay to serve 1,000 impressions. CPM stands for Cost per mille or cost per thousand.
- Advertiser Cost: The amount you, as an advertiser, are paying to serve Terminus ads.
- CTR: The percentage of users who see your ad and click. CTR stands for Click-through rate.
Potential Spend Report
The potential spend report determines the upper limit of daily spend on campaigns and compares it to your current spend. It is incredibly useful when reallocating budget or determining where to implement advanced targeting strategies.
Ads in The Wild
The Ads in The Wild is useful when you’re wanting to see how your ads will look on specific websites. When requesting this report, it’s helpful to include which creative and websites you’re wanting to be showcased.
Creative Performance Report
This report is best used for analyzing creative performance by messaging and size. It includes impressions, clicks, CTR, and spend. Additional metrics can be pulled like tactic, CPC, creative name.
Reports Requested Through Your DMM
Geo-Performance Report
This report shows a Pivot Table of where your audience is and where they are engaged. Reporting options include Region, Country, State, DMA, City, and Zip Code. You can pivot the data to total performance across all campaigns or view data per select campaigns. Metrics can be added on like Spend, CPM, and CPC.
The best use case for this report is to evaluate audience insight, where they're located and engaging.
Competitive Intel Report
This report provides insight into your competitor's digital advertising strategy. The report includes a competitor's current running creatives, site placements, and top advertiser spend.
Reach and Frequency Report
This report pulls your creative within a specified date range to determine how many times a unique user is served an ad. This allows you to better manage potential ad fatigue for your audience at the ad group and campaign level.
