Prerequisites
In order to use this feature, you must be a Chat Experiences and Ad Experiences customer.
Feature Overview
Users have the ability to leverage account lists created in the Terminus platform for use in playbook decisioning. To leverage Terminus lists in Chat, users will connect to Ad Tactics instead of Data Studio lists. Ad Tactics are dynamic and will continually move accounts into and out of the audience, based on the timely criteria you set.

Any advertising audience that you have created using Display Advertising Tactics can be used in playbook decisioning.
- Terminus advertising audiences created from another source (ex: Salesforce, HubSpot, .CSV upload) cannot be used.
To leverage the Ad Tactics, go into your Integrations tab and select the Terminus block on the top left.
*If you do not see "Configure" as an option under your Terminus Data Studio block, please please submit a support request via the Terminus Help Center to connect your Terminus Data Studio instance.*
A pop-up will appear and the Ad Tactic audience names can be seen. You can select which ones to sync.
Your selected audiences are now ready for use in Chat! When creating or updating targeting rules and/or logic plays in Chat Playbooks, choose Terminus Segment - In List - and your imported lists should populate as options to select.
