Anyone with access to our platform can run full Company or Contact searches and export the results. Only managers are able to access additional administrative functionality. When your Customer Experience Manager sets up your organization, you will be asked to confirm who on your team should have manager-level access. Here is what managers can do within the platform.

Update user information within your organization. Manager-level permissions give you access to Team Accounts, which will let you share your organization's subscription with the members of your team. You can:

Update an existing user’s name or email address.

Set an individual quota limit. This is optional, but allows you to control how many credits each individual user on your account has the ability to export. Individual limits count against your organization’s total quota limit.

View the date when each user on your account last logged in.

Allow or remove manager-level capabilities.

Allow or remove platform access.

Apply organization-level suppression lists. All users on your account can upload, apply, and remove suppression lists. However, only users with manager-level capabilities can upload and manage these at the organization-level. To ensure your suppression list(s) is applied to your entire organization, simply select Organization List when you upload under the Manage tab.

Automatically sync your contacts to your CRM. Any account holders with manager-level capabilities can sync their exported contact data to Salesforce, Hubspot, or Reply by following the prompts under Integrations in the Manage tab. Contacts exported by any user at your organization will sync, but only managers can connect and disconnect the integration.

Submit bounced email addresses. Any Demand Science Intelligence account holders with Manager level capabilities can submit bounces back to our team for review. You can do this by preparing an .xlsx file with the email addresses in question in the first column, and navigating to Bounces under the Manage tab. Simply follow the prompts to upload your list and our team will review and confirm when we have a solution.
