The Contact Merge List feature allows you to upload an existing list of email addresses to cross reference the database, and find additional information on your prospects. For example, you have an email address for your contact, but are looking for a direct dial or cell phone number. Adding a Contact Merge List allows you to target only those contacts to capture the additional information.
To upload a Contact Merge List please navigate to the Manage tab. On the Manage tab, please select Contact Merge List from the panel on the left.
Next, you’ll need to upload an Excel file including the email addresses you would like to query. Download the template, add the email addresses, and save to a location on your computer.
Once you have saved the file, click ‘Browse for File’, locate the file in the save location and select it.
When you have selected the file, the name should now be listed in the upload bar. Click ‘Upload’ to complete the process.
Now that you have uploaded your Contact Merge List, click on the Search tab and apply the list to your search results.

2. Select the file you uploaded, and click OK.
If the contacts uploaded are found in the database, records will be displayed and available for export.
