Overview
The Chat Experiences product will be retired on December 31, 2025. This article explains what’s changing, what actions you need to take, and how to prepare.
We’re evolving our multi-channel marketing services to focus on areas where we can deliver the most value. As part of that focus, we’ve made the decision to retire Chat Experiences.
Key Dates
Now – December 31, 2025: Chat Experiences remains fully available.
December 31, 2025: Chat Experiences and all API endpoints will be removed.
By January 14, 2026: All chat transcripts and data will be securely deleted.
What You Need to Know
Who is impacted
All Chat Experiences users are affected.
No other DemandScience offerings — including any part of the ABM Platform — are impacted.
What happens after December 31, 2025
The Chat Experiences tile will be removed from your ABM landing page.
Any bookmarks or direct links to Chat Experiences will show an error page.
Chat data (transcript history) will no longer be available.
What You Should Do
1. Export your Chat history
If you’d like your Chat history, please contact Support no later than December 15, 2025. We can export up to two years of your historical chat data upon request.
2. Remove Chat integrations
Before the deprecation date:
Remove the Chat Experiences tag from your site.
Disconnect any linked APIs or integrations.
If no action is taken, you may experience:
Errors in your logs
Unexpected website output
Permanent loss of prior chat history
Alternative Options
There are several third-party tools that provide web-based AI chat functionality for marketing and sales.
Some prior Chat users have adopted Warmly as a replacement.
We recommend reviewing your needs to identify the best fit for your business.
Billing & Contracts
All Chat billing will end on December 31, 2025.
No other part of your DemandScience contract or pricing is affected.
