What is Central?
Central provides marketers with an at-a-glance view of campaign-driven demand generation performance. It aggregates campaign metrics and visualizations to help users monitor campaign health and lead progression
To Access Central, click on the Central tile once you have logged into the ABM platform.
Demand
The Demand page provides key insights into your Content Syndication campaigns, allowing you to explore lead generation and asset effectiveness. With these insights, you can uncover key decision-makers, analyze buying committees, and gain deeper insights into lead demographics and attributes to enhance targeting and engagement.
Advertising
Campaigns View
The Campaigns View in the Advertising report provides key insights to allow you to easily analyze, measure, and track consistent performance metrics across all ad campaigns and ad campaign types.
This report provides important aggregate metrics for Total Campaigns, Impressions, Clicks, and Spend at the top of the page:
Campaigns: The total sum of campaigns that served at least one impression within the selected date cohort.
Clicks: The total sum of clicks delivered across campaigns within the selected date cohort.
CTR (Click-Through Rate): The percentage of all clicks delivered across campaigns within the selected date cohort divided by all impressions delivered across campaigns within the selected date cohort.
Impressions: The total sum of impressions delivered across campaigns within the selected date cohort.
Spend: Total dollars spent across campaigns within the selected date cohort.
Accounts View
The Accounts view allows you to see total reach, impressions, clicks, and media spend for each target account. This report makes it easier to track marketing’s influence and spend on a target account from your advertising campaigns
At the top of this report, you will see summary tiles that provide insight into your advertising performance across all target accounts.
Accounts with Impressions: CRM accounts targeted by a DemandScience ad that had at least one impression within the date cohort selected.
Note: This is counting the accounts with impressions, not the total number of impressions
Accounts with no impressions: CRM accounts targeted by a DemandScience ad that did not have any impressions during the date cohort selected.
Account Coverage: The percentage of your targeted accounts that were served at least one impression within the date cohort selected.
Accounts with Reach: CRM accounts that are targetable with at least one campaign that was/is active within the date cohort selected.
Accounts with Qualified Leads: CRM accounts that have had a lead delivered by a content syndication campaign within the time frame selected
