What is a Quota?
A quota represents the number of contact credits allocated to your organization for access. The total credits are determined during the sales process with your Klarity sales representative. To add more credits beyond this initial amount, please contact the sales department by clicking here.
Organization Quotas
Your organization is granted a shared quota for all active team members. Everyone on your team will draw from this common pool of credits until it is depleted. When your organization's credit quota runs out, it is exhausted for all users in your account, regardless of any individual limits set. Credits are drawn from the common pool on a first-come-first-served basis.
Limiting Individual Quotas
As a manager, you can set limits on the number of contact credits each team member can access. We recommend limiting quotas to ensure equal allocation among all team members. This also serves as a preventative measure to prevent any single user from intentionally or unintentionally exhausting the organization's credit balance.
To limit a user's quota, go to the Team section of the Manager Dashboard. Click on the actions button next to the user's profile and select 'Edit member info' to adjust their quota.
In the Member Detail window, you can adjust the quota by choosing a preset amount or manually entering a specific number. Once you have set the limit, click 'Save' at the top of the screen.
