Segment Builder
Users can create dynamic segments using intent data. When creating a segment, users can select the "Intent Surges" entity and apply inclusion or exclusion logic based on either the "Intent Topic" or "Surge Date." Additionally, customers can apply formulas to the segment rules to determine the number of surges required for an account to meet the segment criteria.
Global Filters
Users can utilize the Global Filter options to create static target Account Lists or to filter reports in the Data & Measurement Studio. With this, you can execute DemandScience advertising campaigns targeting surging accounts, view pipeline activity for accounts showing intent, or export your data for use in other ABM-centric activities.
Intent & Metro Surge Reports
The Intent & Metro Surge Reports provide valuable insights into the intent topics and locations for accounts experiencing surges. These reports are designed to help users identify trends, track topic engagement, and pinpoint areas that are surging, enabling informed decisions based on the surge of specific intent topics.
DemandScience Insights (i.e. CRM pushback)
DemandScience Insights surfaces aggregate account metrics directly in your CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, and Dynamics 365), including the Intent Topic, Last Intent Surge date, and its associated score. This data is invaluable for CRM reporting and can also be utilized to trigger other marketing channels, ensuring alignment between your sales and marketing teams.
Weekly Sales Email
The Weekly Sales Email will display owned accounts that were surging on intent topics in the last week. The accounts are ranked based on the number of topics an account surged on, from greatest to least, and include:
- Surge Topic(s): Any intent topics an account was surging on.

Last Surge Date: The most recent date within the past 7 days when an account was considered surging or showing intent on one or more of your topics.
Account Hub
The fields surfaced in Data Studio Account Hub include:

Intent Topic: All topics an account is considered to be Surging on, based on the Composite Score Threshold. Your topics will be available within the Global Filters section as separate selections.
- Note: These values will only appear as options in Global Filters when there are accounts that have Surged on those corresponding topics (data is updated weekly by Tuesdays).
- Additionally, if you would like to add a new topic that is not available in the DemandScience interface, please submit a ticket through the DemandScience Support Portal to have those added for you.

Last Intent Surge/Last Intent Date: The last time an account was considered Surging, or showing intent, on one or more of your topics. The available values are: Last 7 days, Last 14 days, Last 30 Days, Last 90 Days (Ex: Filter for Accounts that have surged on ABM in the last 14 Days). In the Data Studio columns, this will show as “Last Intent Date.”

Accounts that are Surging on one or more of your topics for a selected time range will be shown as a comma delimited list in the Intent Topic column of Data Studio. Intent Surge Scores are not currently displayed within Account Hub.
