The Data Profile feature in Klarity offers a convenient way to manage your search. It presents a visual representation of your current search and filtered selections while enabling you to create new search queries directly from the Data Profile tab.
To get started, simply go to the Data Profile tab in the search section. You'll see six categories, five of which you can adjust. Simply click the checkbox next to any sub-category to update your search criteria. As you refine your search, you'll see the company and contact counts update automatically.
Please note, that not all filters are available in the Data Profile view. If you need to refine your criteria further, you can always head to the filters menu.
When you have finished refining your query, clicking the company or contact tab will show the records included in your search.
