Export Limits

In Klarity, there are export limits placed on both companies and contacts. These limits have been implemented to maintain the stability and performance of the system. This help document will provide a clear understanding of the current export restrictions and how they impact users.

Company Export Limit:

Klarity has set a maximum limit of 100,000 companies that can be exported at once. If a user attempts to export more than this number, they will encounter a warning message.

To ensure a smooth exporting process, export data in smaller batches, with each batch containing no more than 100,000 companies. 

Contact Export Limit: 

In addition to the company export limit, Klarity also imposes a restriction on the number of contacts that can be exported. The maximum limit is set at 100,000 contacts. Similar to the company export limit, if users attempt to export more than this number, a warning message will be displayed.

To avoid encountering issues while exporting contacts, export contacts in batches, each containing no more than 100,000 contacts.
